Nauti Time Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to bad weather or not enough passengers. In case of both cases, guests will be fully refunded.
Each booking is subject to availability of space and is not confirmed until you have received an official confirmation email. All information collected during the reservation process is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Persons booking tours must be 18 years of age and all payment information will be validated prior to the date of the scheduled tour.
All gears and equipment provided on the tours remains the sole property of Nauti Time Tours.
Cancellation of tours has to be done at least twenty four (24) hours prior to the date of the confirmed tour. Same day cancellations will result in a charge of twenty five percent (25%) of the total cost of the tour.
Guests are liable for the willful damage to gears and equipment which is the property of Nauti Time Tours and will be charge the cost of replacing the equipment/gears.
All children under the age of 18 years should be accompanied by an adult.
Nauti Time Tours is not liable for damage or loss of personal effects taken on tours.
All major medical conditions need to be disclosed prior to booking.
